Glide SF
Glide, a San Francisco nonprofit fighting systemic injustice, needed to refresh its brand and improve access to donation and volunteer programs. I led design sprints to redesign these key experiences. I also facilitated a brand strategy workshop to refine mission and vision, and created prototypes to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
Wework
WeWork was exploring new monetization paths and needed a service model for single-use customers. I led stakeholders through design sprints and discovery sessions, mapping personas and journeys to create a new experience tailored to “one-off” users.
Sennheiser
Sennheiser needed a service and brand to support a new subscription model aimed at cost-conscious consumers. I led positioning through research and collaboration, creating a brand and service strategy that appealed to non-professionals and enabled future market expansion.
Scorpion
At Scorpion my work isn’t about flashy product launches, it is about creating clarity where there isn’t any. I’ve introduced design sprints, stakeholder workshops, and research-informed workflows to help teams navigate ambiguity and collaborate more effectively. In a fast-paced, siloed marketing environment, I’ve focused on building structure, strengthening alignment, and embedding systems that make thoughtful design decisions possible.
